My name is Michelle Frost and I’ve been building businesses online since 2002 (before Facebook!) and in the last few years I’ve been serving a select few people in the health and wellness industry to grow their businesses online using social media. Because these people (mostly women) know why they’re here and who they can help, I’ve found them a delight to work with.
I’ve found that most people in the health and wellness space are doing their best to help help others have a better/healthier/happier life. Which is awesome! So the more people in the health and wellness industry that I can help to reach a larger audience, the more lives are enriched and the vibrations of the planet are lifted – its awesome and I love being a part of that positive change in the world – it makes me smile 🙂
