My name is Michelle Frost and I’ve been building businesses online since 2002 (before Facebook!) and in the last few years I’ve been serving a select few soul driven people to grow their businesses online using social media. Because these people (mostly women) know why they’re here and who they can help, I’ve found them a delight to work with.
You see for every soul driven/heart centred person that I can help spread their message to a larger audience, the more lives are enriched and the vibrations of the planet are lifted – its awesome and I love being a part of that positive change in the world – it makes me smile 🙂

I would like to offer my services to as many Soul Driven businesses as possible, but frankly I’m just one person and only have a limited number of hours in a day – I can only work one on one with a handful of people! But I really want to help more people than time will allow which is why one of the programs below is a DIY option. Then there’s a service where I work with you and finally the extremely limited one on one deluxe service where I do most of the work for you – you choose which suits you, but as the one on one service has such limited spaces you will need to apply for that – we need to be sure we’re a good fit 🙂
Ok its time to lift the veil on Social Media and make it simple – to do that you need to plan your social media posts, they can no longer be here and there or hit and miss! You need a deliberate path to your audience via social media – you need a PLAN! Each service below will give you a plan 🙂
Below are the three services we have developed for you to choose from:
Done By You Service (Access to the Social Media Content Library)
This service is for you if you have a little bit of time each week and would love to get stuck into a little creating!
This service will give you themes for each month as well as daily THEMES – your social media PLAN. You’ll be provided with relevant images and quotes PLUS video tutorials to show you how to put them together and how to schedule them to post later. Its as close to hand holding as I can get with out sitting right next to you.
Done With You Service
This service is for you if you want more control over your monthly themes, some regular contact with me and to have your posts scheduled for you.
In this service the monthly themes will be based on a 30 minute strategy call with me, you will then be provided with branded (with your logo) images and quotes for your theme. You will get the video tutorials to show you how to easily edit images and schedule posts (in case you want to get a little creative) BUT we will do the editing and scheduling for you. Plus I will setup and boost 2 Facebook live events as well as boosting the recordings of your two Facebook lives each month.
Done For You Service
This service is for you if you have little free time, you want control over your monthly themes, regular contact with me and to have most of the work done for you.
This is a very limited service where I work with you directly – we’ll have 2 one hour strategy calls a month to keep us on the same page, while all the image/video creation and posting is done by me. This is a very bespoke solution to your social media exposure. If you’re interested in it you will need to apply so we can make sure we are a fit (this works both ways :-)). Because this service requires a lot of my personal time it is very limited and there is currently only a couple of free places. I do not want to water down my service to my current awesome clients, so I’m very strict about how many people I can take on at this level – you may need to join a waiting list!
